It was held in Bhairawa, Nepal on Dec 22nd, and Dec 23rd 2007 where Mrs Kamala Shrestha (founder of and proprietor-Siam Institute of Hair design and beauty care/Siam Beauty Salon and Barber Shop) was elected unanimously as a President of the association.
