There were total of 18 contestants. NEPAL INTERIOR & LIFESTYLES EXPO2003...April 18th--April20th(Review)

Nils Fashion show was held on BCCA ground during a fair.  There were round 30 stalls in the fair  Maximum capacity is 200 stalls. Fashion show was delayed for 45 minutes.  However, Rojin Shakya, Master of ceremony entertained the crowd with some funny jokes. There were 15 male models and 8 female models on the show.  There were some professional models from Kathmandu among the audience. When Nepalisite.com approached them (Pranaya, Prakash, Pawan) on their view on the fashion show, this is what they had to say—“show’s models didn’t not have sufficient confidence, while walking on the ramp except few models.   Most of the models were new, and design also nothing so special like any other show.  Nothing new.  Lack of management”. There were few people actually watching the show.  Lack of media coordination. One of the stall (Pashupathi Paints) was also disappointed with the fair. Fashion parade was the only attractive event of the day, which ended with a sequence where the models wore white dress sending a message of peace.  This last sequence was beautifully choreographed.

RAPPAZ UNION PERFORMING...April 4th

There will be a Summer Fashion Show at Hotel Yak and Yeti on April 4th where a Nepalese Rap group "Rappaz Union" will be performing.  The show is helping homeless of Kathmandu.

COOL SUMMER FASHION SHOW..March 26th

Cool Summer Fashion will be held on March 26th at Hotel Bluestar, Kathmandu. Well known artists are expected to perform as well.

Dabur Miss Nepal was held on Dec7th at BCCA, Kathmandu at 4p.m.  It was organized by "Hidden Treasure associate with Kathmandu Jaycees". Program was delayed by 30 minutes.  The event started with a Welcome Dance by contestants with Mr. Pravin Rimal singing.  Nalina Chitrakar was also entertained the audience with her songs. Professional models also presented a fashion show choreographed by Mr. Surendra Shrestha.   Final Results Are as Follows: Second Runner up : Miss. Lhamo Yonzon Sherpa First Runner up     : Miss. Pinky Shah Dabur Miss Nepal   : Miss. Malvika Subba. CELEBRATING  WOMAN HOOD

If fashion show can be observed as per forming art like dance and drama, then it should be focus towards that way. Shrijana Yonzan had kept this things in her mind, she is the organiser and choreographer of this show. So, if it is grandmother, mother and grandson/daughters while walking altogether or society different panel from each and every women who put suitable devotion that women at the time of honor or different periods woman's personality can be feel internally by the audiences.

On the occasion of New Year Fashion show Organised by Kastamandap at Radisson Hotel 18th of may. However, the show had to be interrupted due to rain. Organizer: Kastamandap Model Inc. Choreographer: Manish Shakya Designer: Ranjana Shakya, Bikash Agrawal, Samjana Shrestha & Partigya Thapa.
