These pictures were taken during 98th International Women's Day, 2008. At 8.30 am beauticians from Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur and Kavrepalanchok and beautician members of Beautician professional association went to the central "Bal Mandir" at Tangal and distributed food and milk for the children. They then met at Bhadrakali and went around the city in procession and converged into a mass meeting at Ratnapark. The procession was led by its president Mrs Kamala Shrestha.
