Healthy, well shaped nails makes an attractive appearance. Manicure is a full scale beauty treatment for the Nail. Do it in a weekly interval to keep the Nail healthy. Follow the following steps:
 
  • Clean your nails using a soft spray or cotton or brush which has been dipped in warm water mixed with lime juice and hydrogen peroxide.
  • Clip each nail to the length you desire with the help of the nail clippers.
  • Use the filer to smoothen the edges of each nail into a good shape or desired shape.
  • Using the cuticle and cuticle lotion remove the tiny pieces of rough
  • skin or unwanted dead skin that might surround the nails.
  • Wash and clean with clean water. Spray it, then apply the hand
  • nourishing cream or lotion with cotton pad.
  • Massage the fingers using enough hand nourishing cream. Clean the
  • fingers with a clean cotton pad.
  • Now apply base coat and apply appropriate and quality nail polish.
  • Finally apply the top coat.
  • Leave for a week. No polishing. It will make the nail strong as well as it will help to grow.
  • Pedicures are done to keep the feet healthy. Healthy feet are bottommost on most peoples' health agenda, but deserve to be higher. The following are a few tips that will ensure that you put your best foot forward-wherever, whenever.
     
  • Use open shoes to keep the shape of the feet perfect. Use cold cream and hard lotion twice a day (Morning & Evening) on the feet. Wash the next day.
  • Keep the shape of the nail oval.
  • Mix crushed wax with Sesame oil and apply in the evening.
  • Brightly colored nail polish can be applied in any season and looks pretty nice.
  • Use cotton socks.
  • Use foot powder and clean your feet with antiseptic regularly.
